There is one specific person who is unable to make calls to me. I can make calls to them just fine but when they try to call me and I answer, there is no sound, not even static, and the call lasts for 10 seconds at the most before the call drops. Same thing on his end. He calls, it quits ringing when I answer but he hears no noise and then the call drops. We've both reset our phone settings (he has an iPhone 7 and I have a 5s). Other iphones are able to call me, just not him. We can text each other with no problems and like I said, i can call him with no issues, just can't call me.

What settings did you reset? I would try Reset Network Settings if that's not the one you tried. Also, is the other party also with Verizon, or do they have a different carrier?

I just went into the general settings and hit reset all in there. The other person has att.

Alright, I would try the Reset Network Settings under General on both of your devices. If still having the issue afterwards, the other party may need to contact their provider, just in case its a call routing issue. I know you said they're able to call other people, but have they been able to call others in your area code?

Yes, every person he's tried has the same area code.
