Cannot receive incoming calls

I got a new iPhone 6 plus at Varizon today.

I can call but cannot receive any incoming calls or texts.

Any advises?

Have you tried calling VZW tech support?  I know that if you iPhone is in Do Not Disturb mode them it'll send all of your calls for voicemail while not ringing on your end.  But you should still receive text...though silent, they should still come through.  Give VZW a call...and check to make sure that at the top of your iPhone screen there isn't a picture of a moon (indicating DND).
