Carrier setting

I have strange carrier settings on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I had it for 3 weeks and they never activated it and now the carrier says

[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]


and has another telephone number that’s disconnected under my about info for carrier services and I have been in the store almost daily since the end of March and it is syncing to the Verizon employees iTunes because I saw him sign in and I haven’t even set up my iCloud acct yet


has anyone else had this? I was told by the corporate store they have to sign into iTunes to activate the phone but it still doesn’t work well at all


anybody else have these settings??
