Leesville Louisiana. Every day our cell signal drops from full service to 0-1 bar. It is definitely The tower and not the devices.  I cannot get any answers thru the chat line. They are telling me to call the tech line that has an 88 minute wait. I am at work and cannot wait that long on my work phone ( Cell phone has no service)?  Any ideas? thank you.

I'm definitely sorry to hear you've had issues this consistently. We always want you to get service you can count on. That's crucial. We're glad to help. When did you first start having this issue? When you say it drops, does that mean at parts of the day it works better than that? -Andrew
