My phone shows no picture or device model type when logged in on app or website.. It just shows blank.
I got a new device recently from apple . What can I do to get the detail to show?

Did you purchase the new phone as a Verizon phone or an unlocked model? Unlocked or BYOD models won't show up with a picture in your account page. All of my BYOD phones have been like this.

My BYOD phone has a generic picture "Image Coming Soon" stuck there forever, but I do have a description of the phone's make and model. If the OP doesn't have anything at all showing in their account regarding their current phone and said phone doesn't work properly, then the device was not assigned to their account correctly. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about the picture not being there.
