We recently changed our plan to a 5G plan. When I am at home my phone works fine but when I am at school (literally across the street) where it has ALWAYS worked great before I am not able to text (I have to send iMessages as texts and they come over twice), make calls, send screen shots, listen to downloaded music, or basically use my phone in the capacity that I could before.
It shows LTE and one bar up in the right hand corner and I have checked my Cellular > Cellular Data (which is on) > Cellular Data Options. My Data Roaming is on, my Voice & Data shows 5G Auto and my Data Mode is Allow More Data on 5G.
The rest of my family's phones work fine but I can't get mine to do anything and I am beyond frustrated. I need to have my phone work at school. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

It concerns us to hear that a change in plan seems to have affected your phone service in the school, AG828. We are happy to help here. Have you powered off your phone for a few minutes and then back on since changing the plan? Have you tested the other phones on the account inside the school? What are those results?
