So I was on a grandfathered phone plan with limited data plan. I called and struck a deal with one of the representatives on a chat window (which I took screenshots of the entire conversation) where they told me I could get as a loyal customer of 20+ years, the unlimited plus plan for $140 INCLUDING taxes and fees. Then when I logged into my account it showed they are charging me the full price. On a subsequent chat, the next person I chatted with said it was a 'misunderstanding'. NO, it was flat out deceptive. So now I have lost my grandfathered plan and now they are charging me $180 a month instead of the $140 I was promised. Customer loyalty means nothing when they bait and switch on you. I am ready to jump ship because I do not appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of.

So the offer is go to 'autopay' to reduce my bill or try to get my old plan back BUT no guarantee of all the discounts I was getting. WOW what an offer. I can see Verizon does not care.
