My phone has to be held a certain way for it can charge if I'm still under warranty can i get a replacement phone? and how would i get it?
If you are under you original warranty which is 1year... If you have apple care you have 2yrs. If you have vzw extended warranty it good until you don't pay for it anymore.

I am sorry to hear about your phone not charging properly anymore. I know it drives me crazy when technology does not work the way it is designed to, so lets get this fixed! If your device is still under warranty and there is no physical damage it can be replaced at no cost. If you have insurance but are out of warranty you can file a claim.
