Non stop robocalls, less than 5 minutes apart. Driving me crazy! Sometimes leave vmail in Chinese. Please help! I block and delete but it’s increasing at a tortuous rate.
We know how difficult robo calls can be now in days. This is definitely not the experience that we want for you to have. Have you tried to add your number to the Do Not Call Registry to see if the issue continues? What happens if you try to block the numbers calling you? DavidR_VZW
As a customer support rep for Verizon, you have to know (or should know) that these spammers call from a different number every time. Therefore the suggestion of blocking the number doesn't do any good.
No one likes to get spam calls, Piscestg! We want to help any way that we can to prevent these calls from coming to your phone. Do you have the Verizon Call Filter app? Click here to learn more: http://spr.ly/6606GCIji.
As someone who was personally using this Call Filter app, I can say with absolute certainty that it does absolutely nothing to stop these kinds of robocalls from getting through. I had to remove this service because it is not worth spending $3.99/mo extra for something that does not work as advertised.
