How do I rectify a complainbt with Verizon. I was charged without permission for products that appeared on my phone bill. Nothing told to me verbally and in writing.
I feel this was a tactic boardering on fraud. The sales asscoiated reaped a commision I am sure, but put unathorized purchases and never discussed them with me while in the store at any time.
