Conflicting Trade in Status

I traded 4 devices to Verizon and sent all 4  devices together in the same box received from Verizon and as instructed under one tracking number.

They received the package and the status of 3 devices updated as received and assessed. The status of 4th device still shows Not received. 

Multiple Chats with live agents confirmed that 4th device also received. But the account status never updated and asking me to return the device soon or will loose the trade in credit of $1,000.

Really concerned about loosing this trade in credit.
