Speed and coverage are very important to me since I travel between universities for lectures. Sometime, I also travel through rural areas. That's the reason I just switched to Verizon. But, My speed is very low and can not even load a GPS for direction let alone the web search. How do I increase my speed or should I switch provider?

Unlimited plan for 5 lines. Let me update you after being on the phone with Verizon rep for several hours with different reps. I was informed that they can’t give me direct draft credit until July. Because a rep who took my checking account info on the phone misplaced a few digits of my account number and it did not clear the bank. So they are punishing me for their rep error The signal reception is still slow. I received an Ofer to go back to sprint if this is not resOlved satisfactory.

We never want to lose a valuable customer, usaconsultant. We are here to help.
We have different unlimited plan options. If you have our Go Unlimited or Start Unlimited plans, then you do not have a premium data allowance. This means that when you are in an area of congestion, your data service may be affected.
Here is a link where you can review our different plans to see if there is one that better meets your needs https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/compare-unlimited/
Also, have you run a speed test on your phone? Are you having data speed issues everywhere you go or just at a specific location? Are all the lines on your account having the same experience?
