Constantly losing connection

Since the spring 2020 My entire family had issues with our Verizon wireless and internet connections. Cell phone is almost UNUSABLE IN OUR HOUSE, connections drop all the time. The issue got worse in Aug and now I’m October it is pathetic. I do not have the time to chase Verizon down to get resolution but I am at a point now where I can’t get any work done. And I can’t get through to Verizon support. Can someone help me?
