I have downloaded the Verizon Cloud to my new iPhone 6 Plus. I have an mp3 file in the cloud that I would like to use as a ringtone. But I cannot figure out how to get the file from the cloud onto the actual device so I can use it. Help.

I can definitely understand wanting to create your own custom ringtones for use through your iPhone, Angelkink. In order to download your song, you will want to log in to the cloud from your PC or Mac in order to download the song onto the computer.

Once you have logged in, you will want to download the music track, and then import it into iTunes to customize. We normally do not endorse third party pages/steps, but this will help make it easier for you to do what you are looking for.
