Had a very unpleasant experience trying to get assistance with my iPhone13. It took Verizon tech and other customer service reps 4 days to eventually send me a replacement phone. I informed the reps that after they had me drive over 30 minutes to get my phone serviced in the pouring rain, just to not get any results from the 2 hour long service that I only want a new phone. They tried to sell me products and other services and pushed sales initiatives consistently rather than handling my issue first. I completely understand that they are required to sell certain things but also there was no discretion used in how inappropriate it was to sell me things while I’m dealing with an unresolved issue. It truly made me feel unwilling to purchase a device from Verizon going forward with the amount of difficulties I had. No accommodations were made and it wasnt till I informed the reps how annoyed I am did they take my complaints seriously.

I'm sorry to hear you had to reach out multiple times about your device issue and you had to go to a store to receive further help. We should certainly be addressing the main issue and making sure that is fixed before anything else. We do want to make sure that your concerns have been fully resolved. Has the initial issue been fixed? Is your phone now in working order?
