William S was an amazing representative. He was extremely helpful and genuine and did not try to  lie to me when talking about any sales by speaking quickly like others have done in the past but made sure everything was clearly explained. I accidentally responded with a 1 on the text rating trying to rate another representative but meant completely to put a 5.
