I contacted the Business Support line on 8/17/23 to inquire about creating a business account. After telling the representative, Xavier Woods, how long it took me to reach the line, he showed no concern. As I inquired about the business line, he was unenthused while giving instructions.
I submitted the documentation as asked and received a follow-up from Xavier Woods that I needed to send my ID via an image instead of in a pdf. I never heard back from him on the process. I reached out to him on 9/3/23 and received no response. It's been 23 days and still nothing.
I called the Business Support customer care line on 9/8/23 and was hung up on by Austin. I called back and was transferred to the wrong department by Olivia when I asked for a supervisor. A THIRD time, I called back and was disconnected by Coco. What is going on with Business Support for Verizon!? I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and never had this level of disrespect on the personal consumer side.
Since my business is unwelcome, I'll take it to Google Business Solutions. I will NOT refer anyone to create business accounts.
