Customer Service is horrible! On October 11th I placed an order for an iPad on line with in store pick up. After the order was confirmed, I was notified the item was out of stock. A rep offered to overnight it to me. When she said I would be charged for shipping, I cancelled the order. Six weeks later, nine different reps and over 10 hours on phone/chat, no one can cancel this order so my account is locked pending device activation for a device I never received. They also charged sales tax on the iPad telling me they collect the sales tax for Apple. They even got 2 Apple reps on the phone to resolve that part of the dispute. I am told something different every time I call or chat. This is a nightmare that will not end. After 25 years and 8 lines on the account, time to look for another company.
