Customer for 14 years. Beyond disgusted with verizon. Switching over.
Parts of the the town I live in has poor cellular coverage. Called and spoke to 4 different people as kept on being connected to a different agent. The last person who spoke to me for 50 minutes told me i would have to pay 150 for a network booster. Mind you, one of the earlier reps had told me i would not have to pay!
This is wrong on so many levels. I am being asked to pay for a service that i pay for but which is not being delivered?

Hello, UA456. Help is here as we would never want to see a customer as tenured as yourself leave us. We know the importance of having great service. A Network Extender is meant to be used in the home as this would not help you with service around town. Are you having issues primarily at your home? We can always check the account for your options. Please let us know.
