They are not a customer based company they are a money only company it makes sense why they so high anyway imagine I have a payment arrangement for a set date but my service interrupted way before even with the extension that is so absurd not being racist but one American supervisor say as long thereโs an arrangement there should be no interference with service but according to the Indian community thatโs not true so when I talk to an Indian rep and supervisor RIA state they donโt care about my situation even though Iโm a foreigner and I was stuck middle of freeway with no service completely lost canโt work or nothing they donโt care about customer well being like the other companies T-Mobile would of gave temporary service even if itโs was for few hours to get to where u going and get to your bank account sprint would too even atnt but not Verizon they petty and all about just a dollar and the customer service sends so much mix signal the Indian reps donโt know to show customer appreciation
