Today was a really bad day, I can’t believe I dealt with 3 different customer service people and I still had to leave and go to a Verizon store. I had an outage in my area and I couldn’t make a call out from 10am till almost 5pm because of untrained staff! If never felt so helpless in my life, I kept asking the agent if I should just go to the store and I was being told we will correct it here. VERIZON PLEASE DO BETTER! Train your employees better so you don’t waste your customers time! Once I went to store they told me they installed a different sim and that’s why phone didn’t have service. My phone is still doing things it didn’t do yesterday. VERIZON TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY KNKEE BETTER ENGLISH!
