I was having troubles with my bills and promos and I called Verizon and was put on the phone with Alaina. She was a very nice and understanding person!! She helped me get my bill fixed and was able to get all my promos back up and fixed again, she did a fabulous job and I really think she needs to be noticed by her management because without her I would be paying $715 for unknown payments so thank you so much to her for her help and I really hope this finds its way to her and maybe she can get a raise or something because she deserves every bit of it!! Thank you Alaina!!
