I’ve been calling customer service for my order status (iphone 17pro max) and no one at the store and over the phone can’t process my payment. The people don’t know what they’re doing they have, switching me from departme to another department just because they can’t procees my payment in order to get my 2 phones shipped. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the phones ane nothing happens. I went to the local store in Frederick, MD and they told me that both phones are availble, but even at the store couldn’t process my payment for me to get my 2 phones shipped. I have wasted about 2 hours everyday over the phone just to get a the answer “phones are in back order and is better to cancel the order and start all over again.” This is unacceptable.
