For the past few months my phone is dropping calls every day a few times a day. When this happens my phone goes into SOS mode and am unable to make or receive calls & texts. Turning airplane mode on & off returns my service.
I have seen several threads with the same complaints but responses have been via PM. The reply option on these threads is not available so I’m unable to help myself.
I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and never had such poor service. There isn’t anything wrong with my iPhone13, I’m in the same location my phone work without issue a few months ago, frequently restart my phone, am update to date with my IOS version, and notice many people reporting the same issue.
Please tell me what is going on and how to fix the issue. Please don’t tell me to change my SIM card out either; I have 5G and see this isn't solving the issue!
