Data Limit Restriction - Not Working on one phone

For some reason, the VPN was causing my daughter’s phone to hardly function. I had to delete the Verizon family app off her phone remove her from the account, and re-add her.

Her phone is functioning well now, however, I am unable to set a data limit for her account now. Every time I do I get the error “something went wrong, please try again.” 

The data restriction works on another family members phone but not my daughters. How can I fix this?

Unsure why but immediately after posting this restrictions started working again 😂

Maybe there is a waiting period of 30 minutes or so when an account is added? Unsure but everything is fine now.

Actually, none of the restrictions are working on only this one device. All restrictions are working on a different device, however, the most recently deleted and newly added device  of my daughters is not. I get the error message noted above every time I try to set a limit.
