I have exceeded 90% of my data and I know it's $15 extra per 500MB but the question I wanna know is does it cost $15 per 500MB extra after usinjg up your whole data if you wanna use more or does it cost $15 per 500MB before you still have more Data left?

I appreciate you bringing your inquiry to our attention, oneilb83! Once you exceed 500 MB, it will be $15.00 per 500 MB meaning you will have an 500 MB before you are charged over towards the usage.

I do want to advise you have the opportunity to move to a higher package ( 1GB ) and only pay an additional $10.00 during the bill cycle. http://vz.to/1lwOwRQ

It shows for me

Data                  497.29     of 500 MB used

Usage is estimated  2.71 MB of data left

I exceeded 90% of my Data I didn't reach 100% yet

So when I get down to 0.0 MB of data left and I use more it will cost $15 per 500 MB?

I can't afford to move to a higher package ( 1GB ) which is $40 for that data plan

Thanks for checking the usage, I definitely understand where you're coming from. It's important to stay within budget with your plan but also to avoid overages. Upgrading to the next plan will only cost $10/mont compared to $15 per 1GB. Take a look http://vz.to/1iwZS4X .

Why does Verizon not offer unlimited data?  This high usage for four phones is total crap.  I will be changing to another carrier as soon as my contracts are up.
