My data had been working well at my current location for a couple years, but recently I cannot get service here. I can receive data that works well not far from here which makes me think this is a tower issue which I don't know how to report. I went through the chat bot feature and tried to troubleshoot, but that did not work. I spoke to a representative on the chat feature and that person tried to transfer me to someone else which abruptly ended the session. I don't want to leave Verizon but may have to if this can't be resolved.

The signal LTE normally with 2 bars and service does not improve when I go outside. I have been able to use my data today, but only for short periods before it stops working again.

Data stopped working again this afternoon and has been down for awhile. Tried using the chat bot and it was of no help. Tried using the chat with a representative and he disconnected me. Do better Verizon.
