Hello,
I have an iPhone 4 with iOS 7.0.4. Lately, if I am in an area where there is no Verizon signal, the date/time on my phone reverts to Dec. 31, 1969, 7:00pm. The current date/time setting return when I have signal again. (The setting on my Date & Time has always been set to automatically ON.) I've tried soft/hard reset my phone and also reset to factory settings but none of this works.
What's going on? Does anyone else has this issue?
Thanks.
It sounds like it corrects itself as soon as you return to the Verizon Network? since it does I wouldn't think there is to much to worry about I had a phone that done a similar thing, I think for most of it's just a network thing you might want to take it off of Auto update if you go out of the Verizon Coverage area Quite often, try this run a test with turn off the auto update go into that area and see if your time stays at what you put it too if does you know it is the auto update trying to make the correction..
Hope this Helps.. b33
