I spoke with a live agent at 8 am on September 13. I was her first call and placed the order for the Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black titanium. I have received no updates on shipping. My account says that it is time to activate my new watch. Why the delay?

When you placed your order, can you share with us the anticipated ship date that was received after placing your order? Shipping dates can change based on the available stock versus the amount of orders received for a specific device.

I guess my larger question is why the watch wasn’t shipped earlier considering that I was the agent’s first caller just before 8 am?

I am wondering the same thing. I ordered mine back on the 8th of this month and it’s saying expected ship date is 11/01. Is this on back order? Can I get updates for my order?
