I am having a worst experience with Verizon services because I trade in device and didn’t get any credit still even after they got my old trade in device .havenot got any credit and they are charging extra bill every month i even contact to customer service then they make it more complicated and assure you like they fixed problem but it’s not .I have to contact them each month and still not helping they don’t even help with real exact problem that I am having.Not recommended to anyone for Verizon service and not for trade in stuff especially

I know you have called in many times but we will be reviewing this with a fresh set of eyes and need to gather more info. Do you have the trade-in submission ID and tracking number? What was the trade-in deal you were supposed to receive?

I gave all those needful information to almost 5 6 Verizon representatives and workers .also I made a 3 way call to UPS , Verizon and self me so still not helping and charging extra
