Hello.
I purchased an iPad Pro (2022) from the USA, which was immediately taken out of the country and never turned on in the US. Unfortunately, the eSIM on my device is blocked by Verizon. At the same time, the classic nano-SIM card works fine with other carrier in my country.
I found information that the lock is automatically removed after 60 days, however, I activated the device at the beginning of May 2023, but I still cannot use eSIM.
Is it possible to remove the lock to use eSIM?
Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. The device needs to be active on Verizon for 60 days before it can be unlocked: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy.

Is it possible to follow this rule if the device is not in the US and never will be again?
