I've ordered 6 phones in total on December 1st and only has received 4 of them and the other 2 is nowhere to be found and yet I am still getting billed for those 2 phones for the month of December. I've called customer service more than I can count but they always just hang up on you or transfer you to another agent because they were unable to help you. I've also asked to speak to a supervisor several times but they just transfer you to another agent that has no information whatsoever. Been trying to resolve this problem for almost a month now and yet no resolutions. If anyone is able to help, I'll appreciate it.
