Dialing *228 not working

i cant use the *228 on my Verizon it says that option is not available for me on my Iphone Pro 11

Thank you, CE9. *228 is primarily intended for 3G devices. To reprogram an LTE device, you can power the device off, remove the SIM Card, and then put the SIM Card back in and turn it on again.This should reprogram the device's SIM card over the air.
