Anyone have issues when downloading Digital Secure? It askes for my email address to send a verification code to; however I never receive an email.
Hi, davidlyon07028. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, were you able to check in your email junk or spam folders? The message could be getting put there by your email provider automatically.
I have the same problem. I never receive the verification emails. I have tried with three different email addresses and none of them receive the verification email, so it's not a matter of my mail provider blocking the mail or them being directed to the spam folder.
