Disapearing Text Messages

My friend has kept all our text messages on her iPhone 4 running 6.1.3. Suddenly all text messages from me are gone but  not those from anyone else. Has anyone else had this experience? Can another party access her phone and do that? Seems strange to lose one thread.

Hi DocBB,

We're here to help! I'm not seeing any known issues with disappearing threads. We, nor a third party, should be able to remotely access her phone. Is it possible she accidentally deleted it? Or synced the phone to a previous backup (via iTunes) which may not have included your texts?
