Changed from at&t after many years to Verizon.  Left the store very satisfied with my new phones and switching service to Verizon.  I have a printout stating what my monthly bill would be.  One week later got a bill for over twice as much. Was not told of the extra charges when signed up.   Also was told we would get a law enforcement discount as me and my husband have over 50 years of service.   That was also printed on my estimate.   Today I was told they only honor state law enforcement not federal.   Well we protect the civilians from high security felons but that's not good enough for Verizon.  To say the least I was blindsided in so many ways when I switched over.   I have seven days to cancel.  Enough said.   Poor poor Verizon communication
