I have only been a VERIZON CUSTOMER for a few months and have never received a correct bill not once since becoming a customer. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service reps who have told me they’ve corrected the billing issues until I receive the next bill and see nothing has changed. I was offered a promotion and noticed on the bill It was never applied. During one of my many calls to fix the initial problem I was told that I never received that offer and basically I was a liar.
I have been hung up on, and spoken to in a tone that no customer should experience. I continue to pay an outrageous amount monthly that’s incorrect and keep being told it’ll be credited in the next 1 to 2 billing cycles, but that never seems to happen. I’m so frustrated and don’t know what else to do, but I do know I can’t keep spending four hours of my day on the phone only for it to end with no resolution. I have never had this many issues with a cell phone provider.
