Verizon store in IRVINE off Mickelson supposed to be open at 10, three guys went in. No one said anything to us and we’ve been standing out front. If you’re not gonna open, at least stick your head out the door and say so .
Did the employees re-lock the door after going inside? Otherwise, I would've just let myself in. But maybe they were having some kind of meeting, in which case someone should have at least let you know the store opening was going to be delayed. I can't remember exactly where to find it now, but there's a way to message the store employees through the store locator section of the Verizon website, and my local corporate Verizon store has a QR code to scan.
