I have an Xr with a small crack on the LCD. The phone is completely free of physical damage (no cracked screen or back) and no water damage. DOes this make it ineligible? Its been stuck in a bootloop and it seems to be a hardware problem.

It's physical damage so it doesn't count for warranty.

KingDiamondDev, making sure you are aware of your options to receive a replacement device is always important. A small crack on the LCD screen will void the device warranty. Here is a helpful link https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-215507/ to view the steps on how to check for damage. You will have the options to file an insurance claim, please review the details below.
