I am having an issue with my phone not seeing that the charger is attached. I tried hooking it up to my laptop and the laptop doesn't see the phone. I started having problems with it after downloading my data to cloud. I started getting a message "device may not be supported'. Since then it doesn't charge. I tried different wires so I know its not the wire.
