Hi, I downloaded several spam messaging apps few days ago on my new iPhone 11 I recently purchased. unfortunately none of them worked rather one app which offered ringtones is still on my voicemail. I was told by Verizon employee to reset the Phone to factory settings to see if that worked but the annoying ring tone is still there. Any suggestions w/out going to Verizon to get another phone ?
