My calls keep getting dropped!! I restarted my phone, updated it, Airplane setting is off. How can I fix this problem?
I have the same thing going on. Calls still work from FaceTime though. I went to a Verizon store as they were trying to figure it out five people came in with the same problem. It’s a network wide thing.
The weird thing is my work phone is a Verizon phone from a different state than I live in and it worked fine. My AZ one drops calls. My wife was on the other side of town and her was doing the same thing. Hope they figure it out soon. It’s been about 4 hours.
Here’s an update. So now I am able to make calls to some numbers but other numbers, including my wife’s number immediately says call failed. When she calls me she gets voicemail but if she calls my out of state work mobile phone it goes through.
Verizon can send me weekly texts about upgrades and deals but when there’s an issue effecting a bunch of people we hear nothing. So glad I just renewed with Verizon.

Hello, Ravinia2014. Help is here. My apologies to hear of this experience. We did experience an outage a few days ago. Since it has been a few days since you posted this, are you still experiencing issues with your service?
