We are on the island and the first few days we were able to make and receive calls. However, all of a sudden we can't make calls and if we are able to connect with someone, the calls drop. Please help!!!
I know the importance of staying connected even while in paradise! What model is your phone? Have you restarted it since this began? Please consider you are using another carrier's network and we are unable to guarantee the connection at all times but we will work to ensure everything is set up properly here. -Yale
