The language in my settings has changed for example, It used to say Cellular Data now it says Mobile Service. I need help on how to fix my phone please

Yikes.  I think you're going to have to factory reset your phone to erase everything on it.  I'd login to your My Verizon account on a computer to see if anything's fishy in there too, because the hacker could have fraudulently ported your line out.  It sounds like they already added another line to your phone, so you're going to have to figure out where that account is and shut it down.

Don't know what apps you have installed on your phone, but if there was anything sensitive on there, use a search engine on a computer to look up "identity theft" for instructions on what to do if there is any reason to believe the hacker got into your bank account info or other stuff everyone doesn't need to know.

VerizonHack, we don't want you to have any problems with those attempts, and we're here to help in any way possible. Have you tried changing your username and password on the My Verizon app? Apart from the texts, has anything actually happened like any orders you never authorized?
