I order a iPhone 15 pro 11/5. I picked it up the same day. I didn’t like how small it was and went in the following day to the same store to exchange my phone. They did the exchange, had me pay the restocking fee, but my account has not updated with shipping info, confirmation, order number or anything. When I call know one can seem to locate the order but when I go into the store they can see it in their system. Receipt order # 762688, location 1517301
