I see other threads where people are having issues receiving SMS verification codes from Facebook. I am trying to recover my dad’s Facebook account and we’re not receiving the one time authentication texts from FB. I’m pretty sure this is a Verizon issue at this point based on previous posts within this community.
Let's fix this. Are you able to receive these messages from other sources? When did you start to experience this issue?
