Facetime image is distorted on iPhone 6 plus

After recent updates, the Facetime image on my iPhone 6 plus is distorted.

I love my FaceTime feature and use it to stay in touch with long distance family, so let's get yours back up and running. Does this happen when connected to our network and on wifi? Does the front-facing camera have any damage?
