I placed an order for overnight shipping on 5/28 and Verizon has yet to send me my phone. Nobody helps over the phone and nobody helps thru chat. They tell me to call sales then sales doesn't entertain my call. Complete mess. Cannot wait to leave this company and take my business elsewhere.
