Anyone had this problem with Verizon? I've grown used to the bill padding, the false charges but the new one is this: I got a new iPhone 11 in December and a second one FREE per their promotion. Now they have changed the device on my bill to a Samsung Galaxy, (even though I am holding the second iPhone in my hand) in order to negate the free phone promotion and BILL me for a phone I do not even have! This is the most dishonest, unethical company I have ever dealt with. Anyone up for a class action? I am so done with them!
