Hi so I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and I usually pay my bills (even when I’m late) but about 4 months ago, my iPhone 12 got water damaged while I was helping my fellow parishioners at the church outside in the rain so I’ve been threatening to leave the company for unreasonable reasons even threatened bankruptcy on numerous occasions Verizon Customer Service was of no help even to a loyal customer like myself. I’m so sick of this run around I’m threatening to leave and move on to another company because $294 isn’t worth my blood pressure being risen to the max.
